United manager not giving up title hope after win over Swans
Sir Alex Ferguson hopes Manchester United
supporters will have the 'biggest celebration of their lives' next week
but knows his team can do nothing except go to Sunderland with the right
mindset and try to win the game.
The Premier League title will be decided on the final day of the
season as United and their Manchester rivals head into next Sunday's
games level on 86 points at the top of the table. However, Roberto Mancini's City have a superior goal difference and are almost certain to become champions if they beat Queens Park Rangers
QPR's away record is poor, however, and Ferguson admitted after United's 2-0 victory over Swansea at Old Trafford
"We have to go there with the right spirit to win the match. You never know," he said.
"Our responsibility (next week) is to win the game.
"We've got next week. QPR need a point, so you never know. I just wish Sparky (QPR boss Mark Hughes) was playing."
